Cancellations must be emailed by the rider; you cannot cancel for anyone else. For juniors, the parent or guardian who signed the application must cancel on his/her behalf.
No refunds after April 29 at midnight.
If you decide to drop your course distance down to the Intro Ride from the LD or 50 mile ride after this drop deadline, you may do that after April 29, however, no refund of price difference will be issued.
Please know that as of Wednesday, May 4 at 5 pm no more email changes will be picked up as Ride Management will be out of internet range and we will make any changes needed at check-in.
There is no cell phone service in camp.
